As a coach, that’s what I want for my clients. But I know, this can’t be done alone. We need support, we need people that will challenge us, that believe in us. We need to learn the discipline necessary to take ACTION each day, even on days when we don’t feel like it….these actions will ultimately lead to belief in one’s self.
